Meet Alexis Anifowose

Alexis is a passionate advocate for children’s social-emotional learning, creative expression, and family engagement. She holds a degree in Business Administration and brings over 5 years of experience in behavioral health and outreach coordination in the mental health field. She is also certified in Positive Psychiatry and Mental Health, giving her the expertise to create workshops and programs that are both impactful and developmentally appropriate.

With her professional background and a love for creative learning, Alexis founded WorkBeyond Enterprises to provide innovative SEL workshops, creative book-design projects, and family-centered programs that help children explore their emotions, express themselves creatively, and build meaningful connections with family and peers.

Fun Fact:
When she’s not designing workshops, Alexis enjoys doing arts and crafts with her kids, spending quality time with her husband, exploring outdoor parks and nature trails, and reading. These passions inspire her work and bring creativity, curiosity, and connection into everything she does.
